Puppy Pack 

• 4 puppy grooms for (£65) which will include
• A stay and play for first visit  (will be introduced to all parts of the salon)
• 3 baths and blow drys to get used to the process, the noise and table manners and used to me. 
• 3rd visit scissor trim & nail clipping 
•  4th visit repeat of the previous visit 
•  The Puppy intro pack is avaliable up to the age of 4 months as the 2 week intervals will take you to 6 months and they will be ready for a full groom. 

Rescue Dog Pack 

• 4 visits to the salon any age (price will vary)
• 1st visit stay and play and intro to me and the salon (you're welcome to stay)
• Remaining 3 visits consist of a bath and dry, possibly starting out with towel drying if the hair dryer is not their favourite thing.
• 3rd visit we will try nails and getting used to their paws and standing on the table and a little scissor trim 
• 4th visit scissor trim around their face, legs and feet & have their nails cut if they will tolerate it  

We offer Nail clipping, this is is offered to all dogs. 

Nail cliping is important as long nails can affect  them in different ways, if their nails are too long it can cause pain on thier toes, paws, legs & posture. Overgrown nails can also split and trap dirt and debris which can lead to infections due to bacteria growth. 

Shorter nails means less injuries and reduced risk of arthritis & moblity issues.

• Long nails can cause pain and pressure on your dogs toes and paws, which can lead to strain on their legs. 
• Reduced risk of infection Overgrown nails can split and trap dirt and debris, which can create an environment for bacteria to grow. 
• Improved posture Short nails can help your dog have better posture. 
• Fewer injuries Shorter nails are less likely to snag or break into the quick, which is the blood supply of the nail. 
• Reduced risk of arthritis  Getting your dog into the habit of nail trimming early in life can help prevent arthritis and mobility issues. 

We offer settling in sessions or meet & greets to those dogs that can be unsure of a new environment at first. 

This helps them get used to the enviroment and used to me. This can be leaving them on their own for 10/15 mintues with us to see how they cope. 

Sometimes they settle well and don't stress, other times dogs will be more settled with their owner being there for some familiarity. 

We do allow owners to stay for settling sessions and all other services that we offer, providing that the dog is happy and settled. Sometimes this can create more of a distraction for the dog and become unhelpful. In this instance it would be best to wait away from the grooming room as it can take longer to complete and cause more stress for the dog. 

We offer a dematting treatment to all those that may need this treatment. We also recommend that after this treatment that regular grooming appointments. As matting can cause skin issues, because this cuts off the airflow to their body, causing sores and irritation. 

Matts will also pull on the skin creating open sores, hematomas, rotting fur and skin if the fur gets wet as does not dry properly.  This creates an enviroment for fleas, ticks, maggots, and other parasites because as it is a warm damp area, causing further skin problems. 

Flea & Tick shampoo will be used during this treatment, this aims to kill any parisites that are on your dog. 

Ticks will be removed to the best of my ability, unless they require a vet treatment. 

Dematting treatment  is 

• £12 extra for  small area matting 
• £35 extra for whole body matting

This extra charge is for the extra time and repair to equipment it can cause.

Flea Treatment is 

• £25 extra 

This extra charge is for the flea shampoo and the deep cleaning charge & smoke bomb that will be used.
